Are sessions online different from sessions in person?
Online sessions will be conducted in the same manner as live sessions; we will spend some time coaching and cognitively discussing where you are at, then do our closed-eye exercises and regression work, and end with a debrief.
Are online sessions as effective as in-person sessions?
An easy way to think of this would be to compare online meetings to the live experience. Online meetings miss out on some of the sensory experience, and at the same time they bring results and get the job done while people are in their environment and save time commuting. Similarly, online sessions will miss out on a few aspects of our sensory experience, yet they go through the same process and bring results. Clients have received great value from their online sessions and moved towards their objective in the same way.
How do I prepare for my online session?
Ensure that you are in a private room where you can sit comfortably and you will not be disturbed for the duration of the session. Handle all your other tasks beforehand so your phone is not buzzing and you are alone in the space without any distractions from outside or pets in the room. It is recommended to use your laptop or desktop over your phone so you receive a greater visual sensory experience. During the closed eye process, keep your camera in front of you while you lay back so your therapist can see your expressions clearly.
